Today was our last day in Perth with the Sparke's, and being Monday, Bernie and Paul had to work. We wanted to spend as much time as possible with Ben, Tom and Sam and have a fun day together, so we picked them up from their house at 9.30am and brought them here to our caravan park, because it had an excellent pool area, and we all love swimming.

We all had a great morning in the 4 different pools - There's a large lane-swimming pool, an ...

... a quick stop at Walpole for lunch after we had tackled the tree tops walk. Did a quick scenic drive in the area but decided against longer detours to the beach as the weather wasn’t the best. ... road, passing GumBlossom road, I couldn't remember if this name stuck in my head as just a funny name or a road we needed to take, so asking the only other person we saw out walking and carrying carrier bags gave us a clue, we must now be nearby, as she confirmed we were on the right route, just had to get to the roundabout along the road and we would see it. Surely enough at the top of the road opened out to the little shopping complex, being now it was midday our ...

    A very lazy day.

... I had my final essay due today so spent the afternoon finishing that off and sending it in - that sure feels like a huge relief.
Late afternoon we decided to take Leila for a walk and met Daryl and his lads at a park/reserve right next to a Marina so all the lads ended up getting in the water for a swim. It was hot today.
We let the chaps watch a movie for a chill out. Not even a photo taken today. ...
