      Have been busy with family so missed a blog. Drove from Guttenberg to Clintonville via Lacrosse on Friday. La Crosse is on the Mississippi and is a very beautiful town. went to Grandad Bluff where we overlooked the town and river. Lovely drive from there to our relatives.       ... I broke out our mitts and went out to play catch. It was fun just tossing the ball back and forth.

      Another really good day...

      I had originally planned on waking up at 6, doing a quick breakfast, then trying to be in the air by 7. Instead, I let Alex sleep until 7:30, then he watched cartoons while I read a book - a much more relaxing solution than what I had planned.
