    I have been home for almost four days, and for the most part, I feel pretty good. I did go to bed around 7 pm the past two nights. I just couldn't help it. It was like all of a sudden I hit a wall and was ready to hit the sack.

    ... It's been an honor prepping the team with Gayle and I'm excited to meet everyone in country.

    Two of our team members are leaving a couple of days early, two of us will be flying from Appleton WI and the rest of the team will be flying with our host Brian and Gayle Hale.

    ... and Estonians, like their Finnish neighbors, are big on their saunas (SOW-nahs). Apparently in Estonia it's common to get "whisked" by a friend with birch twigs to improve circulation. They call this "whisking." We'll see. Not sure I want a strange Estonian male to just whisk away at me.

    Tallinn's Old Town: This area of Tallinn is supposed to be magnificent, and one of the best preserved Old Towns in Europe.

    Nothing will make you feel old like being invited to your 50th High School reunion! The last reunion of Appleton (Wisconsin) class of '63 I attended was in 1993, but it seems that in the 20 years since then, we've all grown to the point where we aren't frantically trying to prove how successful we are, or some such thing.
