A travel blog entry by jwatson on Apr 04, 2015

... I was able to pick up the pace. There were some decent views, but since from the best one you could see the NOC, it felt like we hadn't come that far. I managed to get a shelter spot since I didn't want to bother hanging, and Mooch ended up spending her first night in the shelter as well. Smokescreen was there, as were many other hikers I knew, and some of us actually ended up playing cards in the dirt for a while before bed. It turned out to be a good day on the whole, with the ...

I was glad that my instructor came up with the idea for us to work the flight from Charlotte to Knoxville instead of us deadheading because if it wouldn't have worked out, I would have not passed and would have had to do a few more hours with someone else. We got to Knoxville about 9:30 pm and I was done, I got my ...

Menu Item: Ham & Hash brown Omelet

Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also

Comments: It was good but not as good as I hoped. There wasn't enough substance to the omelet. The pancakes were just average.

Overall Impression: Below average omelet with average ...
