Museum of History and Magic

We explored the magnificent British Museum and spent our time in the Egyptian, Greek and Medieval exhibits. The atrium as you enter the museum is beautiful with the glass roof allowing for light to cascade across the white marble and and limestone enclosed courtyard. We expressed a collective "Wow!" as we all entered the museum. We saw the Rosetta stone, sections of the Pantheon and numerous Roman statues that elicited some giggles from the younger boys.

... made our way through arrivals surprised at how easy we could understand all the signs. Everything seemed very strange but bizarrely familiar especially the two very excited smiling faces (Steph's Mum and Dad) eagerly awaiting our arrivals on the other side of the gate with a 'Welcome Home' Banner.
