... hair studio. The female barbers were punk, tattoo'd and dressed as hipsters. The male barbers were dressed in three piece suits with boutonniere's. Every wall was covered in Rock & Roll posters, graffiti and giant mirrors that set the feeling of being back stage at a *************cert.

Having got back to I-55, driving over Route 66 some layers of tarmac beneath, we came off at exit 268 for our Super 8 Motel reservation at Bolingbrook/Romeoville on Illinois 53 - very near Route 66 for the morning. We had a quick freshen-up at around 5pm and then headed to the Cheddar's Restaurant Joanna in reception had recommended. Some beers, burgers and cute three mini deserts for 99c each later, we were back in our room and in bed ...
... bliss. (I had 71 pictures to include in the post but Billy brought me back to earth (a job he's embraced for the past 30 years...)
