Our final destination was Provincetown that is situated at the very tip of Cape Cod and is where the Pilgrims first set foot on American soil.     Made it through the night with no unwanted foot massages. The 'dilapidated depressing hostel' as described by Lonely Planet was mostly true, I'd describe it as rustic.     What a week! Friday, we hooked up with our friend Ranger and his wife Lisa in East Harwich. Our time with them included a great meal at the All American, the best donuts on the Cape the next day, a tour of Chatham and surrounding area, wrapped up with lunch at the Chatham Bars patio and a cocktail in the bar, complete with flat screen simulated port hole!
