... with Chicago being the third largest city in the USA I believe I read somewhere. We didn't openly discuss whether we thought we would go into Chicago or not beforehand but as we got closer and the traffic picked up we decided it would not be this trip. If we had done more pre-planning and could determine a good way in and place to park Harvey or where we could feel comfortable parking on the outskirts and take the rapid transit into the city ...

The next day we drove by a few places near and dear to me, including my childhood home, my schools,and my sister Cathy's old farm where I spent most of my youth growing up with my nieces and nephew. We also stumbled across those places like.. my first "this" happened here, my last "that" happened there, don't we all have a few of those! Glenn was very attentive to all my ramblings.
