The flight to Bangkok was uneventful. The plane was probably only at 25% of it's capacity due to the well publicized political troubles in the city.

The flight was smooth and the service was good. The food was average which was surprising as the airline has a reputation for authentic Thai cuisine. This might have been down to the menu, which didn't inspire me. There were snacks available ...

... lobby to get Internet reception, I finalised the account & Jul had a latte, then it was off to catch the bus to Knightsbridge then the train to terminal 4 at Heathrow. All went to plan & we were ready & waiting at the airport by 1pm. Sadly, no check in points were available this early, so we are cooling our heals with a hot chocolate at Cafe Nero. ... I intend to make full use of later, a very comfy looking bed and a desk at which I am currently sitting.

I think I will stay here for the evening and probably eat in the restaurant, which looks quite nice. I am going to have a final repack of my bag and throw out any toiletry dregs, plastic bags etc. (Excitement!! Woo hoo!!)

I might go and get a coffee now, relax a bit and watch some telly ...

... drove road to my brother Kals place that evening to catch up. To bed by 11pm feeling like I could sleep for 12 hours. Bhups Landed at London Heathrow at 6am on June 21st-the longest day. It was foggy when we landed and the temperature was about 11 degrees. The day was expected to be cloudy with a maximum of 16! We got through customs very quickly.
