    ... outside, not sure what the point of it was though. Caught the bus back to Llandudno and took the cable tram to the top of the Great Orme, for fantastic views over the coastline. Sat on the promenade for a while and people-watched, observing Brits at the beach in summer :).     3:30 got up 4:15 am leave on bus 5 am at Rome airport - flight cancelled 11 am finally found out we are taking a bus to Naples (where we came from the day before) to catch a flight to London. Staying overnight in London. Nonstop to RDU tomorrow -hopefully Arrived in Naples at 3 pm after a 3 hour bus ride Flight took off for London at 6:40. Arrived in London at 8:20 London time (9:20 Italy time) After customs, getting our bags and ...

    ... escalators to find an enormous double decker Airbus awaiting us. It is a mystery to me how these things even manage to move let alone get into the air. As boarding started the number of people at the gate gave added encouragement to the thought of a bit of space in the economy cabin. Having found my seat there followed the agonising wait until finally the cabin crew announced the doors were closed and I was left in a row of three seats all to my self.     Taxi to load us up with suitcases, carry ons and golf bag. It is amazing how easily we can fill up 30kg per person. At least Paul did not need his full 30kg so we were able to borrow some of his!

    We took advantage of the No 1 lounge in terminal 3 for a brief meal and liquid refreshment.Very comfortable..It is a long flight but very smooth.!! ...
