Well that was (not) Easy

We finally have our airline arrangements made. But that was a bit gruelling.

As is always the case, we make a plan and then it changes a dozen times before we actually settle on something. Originally we were going to do a tour of Italy, and then go to Berlin and London and home. Then it was planned around the York Food and Drink Festival, and then it was not Italy but maybe Normandy. But planning the dates was a problem.

Sophia and Meredith love to play together and make up their own games. It makes us happy to see how well they take care of each other. Like all sisters, they occasionally have disagreements, but usually everything is worked out 'in two minutes.'

We finished our walking tour of Victoria at a tasty little restaurant where we dined on Asian stir fry and salmon burger. Then it was back to the hostel, to our tiny room that barely fit our bed and Mick’s wheelchair. We watched a few episodes of “The Tudors,” our new favorite TV series about Henry VIII, and then it was time for bed.
