      ... a blind singer, a Spanish singer, saw a political demonstration and listened, very briefly, to a young man trying to convert passersby to Christianity. A real hodge-podge.       ... glass windows, candles, and statues of Saints. It felt a bit dark and gothic to us, but it was so cool to experience.

      ... arrived at my new destination (now, much, much farther away from the major train station), he took my bags out for me and I was left at the front door.
