    ... bread and were not charged for it. Brought home most of the garlic bread as well as most of the pasta and tomato sauce after I had eaten the mussels and clams out of their shells. It was the only poor service I have received anywhere in the US. Should have reduced the tip.

    Got home about 9.30. Early to bed for an early start tomorrow. Unfortunately it was hot and hard to sleep until about midnight.

    I am working out each morning in the weight room in MacDounough Hall. This is where I practiced and played Volleyball games during my academy days. It also housed the water polo team, boxing,fencing and gymnastics. Now the fencing area has been turned into a weight room.
