... I made it to the right campground, a KOA, after a few false turns and construction zones. My GPS couldn’t locate what I was looking for, so it required a bit of guess work. I got set-up and went over to join the group and the first couple I met were from Indiana but originally from Powell River. How cool is that?

The Butler Institute of Art featured lots super colorful abstract stuff, plus American Impressionists and portrait artists. My favorite piece was all purple and based on Romulus and Remus (Rome's foundation myth) and I took a video of it (accidentally erased) and there's no image available online. The next morning, Joyce (our sponsor contact) picked us up and took us to our first stop, the Boyd’s Kinsman Home, an assisted living home for adults with special needs. He had a huge crowd turn out for his show and they loved every minute of it. Lots of applause, laughter, handshakes and hugs during and after the performance made us want to stay there all day. ... the hood of the truck and discovered a problem with the turbo charger. We located a Chevy dealer about 14 miles away and headed there with black smoke pouring out of the exhaust. At the dealer's we discovered it was the hose on the turbo booster which blew off. They couldn't fix it but directed us to a Ford Truck Service Center south of Cleveland. They provided a spot to drop the camper and we went ...

Floyd and Joyce picked us up for breakfast at Panera's. Jim and Floyd went to the VA to help the Vets go to Bingo. Joyce and I went shopping and took her mother, Rose, to a doctor's appointment.

We met Toni, Richard, and Danielle at Chili's for dinner. After dinner we went to the VFW to play Bingo.
