In Youngstown Ohio. 690 miles today another 11 hours in saddle. Chicago is just nasty period. I heard a poll before we left on trip that NJ was top state that if it went away no one would mind, I really think it should be Illlinois! The only thing is they have a Sweet Tomatoes!!!! Yeah, that is a salad bar place us WCV'ers go to in Orlando and they rock! Eat your heart out Terry!!!!! LOL Restaurant attached to hotel has best food so far on ...

... throw bullets to first. He's hitting .179, though, and struck out with men on second and third and one out in the 9th. Final score was 4-3 Scrappers. Plus 15 men left on base...hmmm. I wonder how that might have turned out differently?

That was it for today's excitement; tomorrow is the big event of the weekend: we're taking a ride on an excursion train pulled by the NKP765, a fully restored steam engine. Should be fun!

... Kimmie's daughter. Our original restaurant, 1776, was closed for lunch on Saturdays, so we went to the Safari Grill. This must be the largest collection of taxidermy I have ever seen (and I've been in bars in Wyoming, so you know that's saying something). There were stuffed bears of every type, and mounted heads of almost any animal you can imagine someone shooting (and a few you can't). An elephant. Several warthogs. Deer and antelope ...

A dud, finally!

Tonight's blog entry should have been from Two Mile Run County Park in Franklin, PA. But after a string of successes picking RV parks online, I finally hit a dud. The result was a last minute relocation to the Meadville KOA, located much closer to my cousin Kimmie's home. This should make tomorrow a much easier day for us sightseeing around the old homestead of both the Teasdale and Kerr sides of my family!

... were right back to having a flat tire. So then dad pulled over and attempted at changing the tire. Though there were many challenges dad put on the new tire and we were finally headed on our way.
