... got a key. I went to the room and found that either it hadn't been made up or someone was already in the room. I went back to the desk and got another key. That room was definitely occupied by someone else. I went back again. I was told that I'd get a refund for the room for my trouble. That was nice.

... 4 minute ride to the top of the arch and then you are up there for about 15 minutes and then you wait another 10 minutes to come back the total time is probably about 4 hours.

But...going up in the arch was one of the most memorable experiences in my life and if I ever get the chance to go back, I would definitely take that chance because the view from the top takes my breath away.
