    ... and went across the road to a tea house and had a nice tea and some sandwiches. After lunch we headed into the Miniature town display and what a wonderful work of art this was there were all sorts of scenes from the civil war to the second world war and then to the fairy tale land of jack and the bean stalk and then discovered this ladies Dolls house that she made her self and built all the little bits an bobs for it and the grand finale was the Circus with the big top ...

    ... for an hour into American waters and were spoilt by many pods of killer whales in perfect conditions, hot sunshine, still waters and perfect visibility. We came back to Victoria for the evening to watch the lights come on the legislative building and then walked back to our accommodation. Another packed but brilliant day ...

    ... 2013. It was 30 degrees Celsius out today. It beat the previous record of 27 degrees Celsius in 1967.

    That is the reason I had Mom buy herself a ball cap on the way out for our walk. I definitely did not Mom getting heat stroke or something like that.

    Continuing our walk along Dallas Street, I noticed a cool condo with lots of windows. It was right across from all the paths and the beach. Unfortunately, it was almost 2 million dollars in price. ...

    ... we were talking about I know, amazing isn't it. I was also not confident we had changed anything or if our seat was going to be there. This call was followed by another just to confirm everything and make sure my meal was ordered. This took another 30 minutes. Thank goodness for SKYPE . I was absolutely exhausted not a good way to end the day

    - Mystic Vale: The hidden forest behind University of Victoria. This forest has hidden lakes, beautiful scenery and leads to Cadboro Bay.

    Reviews for the other hikes i named above are found next to the names. Victoria became my home after only a few days. The friendly people, the beautiful scenery and practically everything about it makes you fall in love with the place. Victoria is one of my favourite places in the entire world.
