... and then went home to thaw out. The afternoon was brightened up with the arrival of another couple at the B&B-Ashley and Bryden. What a hoot they were!! We chatted for a while and then dropped them off at the pub while we had a lovely dinner at Shelter restaurant. Family Reunion/Meeting for the first time
In the morning we strolled through Vancouver and as I was wearing contacts I bought my first pair of non prescription sunnies! So will hopefully get to wear them in Hawaii! We met our cousin Theresa, who Mum hadn't heard from since they were teenagers so it was great to be back in contact again. We had a lovely lunch together catching up on our lives.

... et nous avons soupé dans un excellent restaurant sous la recomendation du chauffeur de bateau-taxi.
La législature d la Colombie-Brittanique est situé sur le bord de l'eau au port. En soirée, ses contours sont illuminés avec des lumières, cequi est très rigolo à voir (voir les 3 dernières photos).
La ville de Victoria est définitivement plus belle et facile à voir et visiter (pour nous en tout cas) que celle de Vancouver.

At rejse med små børn
... r saxe var hårdt ramt . Han vr sølle og pyldret og sov rigtig meget om dagen, men vågnede hver halve time hele natten. Det hjalp heller ikke at han samtidig fik sin 2. Tand,det vr svært at finde ud af om hn var træt , syg, havde ondt, var træt eller bare ville hjem til vante omgivelser. Heldigvis vendte det hele på en tallerken , han begyndte at sove normlt om ntten igen og smile ogvar glad. Det var en enorm lettelse!!!! Vi købte ...
A stark realisation - I'm old :(
... lots of stuffed animals including the elusive moose and a beaver - neither or which we have seen yet. There was also a fabulous weighing scale which measured your weight in animals. I was between a deer and a big horn sheep - Alan was borderline black bear! In the reptile section we got a lecture about a dragonfly reproduction which was suprisingly interesting. Then there was some stuff about climate and the sea which was boring ...
