    ... outhouse is clean! Rug in front, poster of trees inside along with an air freshener. Wow. We will be here 2 nights. Tomorrow we plan on a morning hike. Change of plans! Forrest fire on the other side of the ridge got out of hand. The orange smoke was ominous. We packed up and were on the road by 7:30 pm.     ... that looked like they were still being worked. Lots of metal parts and pieces were abandoned along the side of the road...what they were for was anybodies guess. The views were spectacular as we climbed and climbed up the face of the mountains we were traveling through.
