Let me start by saying that Mallorca is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend to all.
We started off the weekend up north in Porta de Pollensa and stayed in a super nice villa. We cooked for ourselves, walked into town and soaked up some sun by the pool. The town was nice, nothing special. It's full of british people, I guess it's a big vacation/retirement spot for them. It was quiet, but that's because we were there on the off season. We decide to treat ourselves to the free samples of "pa amb oli" (bread and olive oil) and proceed to add about 5 pounds to our bikes...hopefully just from the gift bottles!

Next stop, Chris graciously ...

Pollenca to Can Picafort, 24 miles

... our breakfast needs. We decide to wrap up a fresh slice of Mallorcan pizza for our journey...who knows what lies before us!

We opt for a nature trail to lead us to Can Picafort. The wetlands, birds and "wild" horses give way to skyscrapers and birds of another feather as we make way to the coast. Our tour is coming to an end. What better way to marvel at the majesty then spring for a cheap hotel, buy a sixer, sit atop a 6eu ...
