... filled with chatter and laughter. It is heart-warming! This week we have gone to a large market with vendors carrying meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, flowers--everything imaginable. The train journey is in two parts and it turns out you can't buy a ticket for the whole journey. So when we got to Valencia, which has a beautifully decorated ticket hall, we went to get our tickets to Barcelona, which is when we had a massive shock: from online research we'd expected it to cost around ...

... us) right by the beach alongside a boardwalk. A great location slightly marred by the continual presence of the looky-looky men touting fake Ray Ban sunglasses and other stuff. These guys must have really bad memories because you'd say no to their offer and seconds later they'd ask again! Once again the weather was incredibly hot so it was a relief to finish lunch and get ...
