... down?? Japanese is delicious. I saw a picture of chicken ramen on the train and since then the idea of noodles was in my head. So I satisfied the craving with yummy chicken udon soup. There was also vegetable tempura, sushi rolls and yakitori at the table. How I've missed Jap food.

... We visited, and then walked the hills of a public conservancy area for an overview of the valley. We tried to visit the ranch of the inventor of the Gillette Safety Razor, King Camp Gillette, but the federal government was shut-down. We are home! I am so happy to be back! Mom and I had originally decided to drive to Barstow and get home tomorrow, but when we made it to Vegas, we decided we were going to head home tonight, and I'm so glad we did. We got home at 9:55 PM, just one minute past Garmin's predicted time.
