        ... re staying in NYC for 10 nights and this is the worst place we've had.  We had booked this apartment quickly after our original accommodation on 58th St had to cancel just 3 weeks before we arrived.  We'll just have to settle in though as there's nothing we can do about it now.   We had arranged to meet Ian and Helen for dinner after there Day Trip to Washington DC. This was their last night in NYC.  We left our apartment at 7pm ...

        ... sandwich tasted like after the pretty horrifying airplane meals...

        Anyways, the basketball finals were on TV when we got back but I didn't have any energy left so I went to bed.

        Today we are planning on going to the beach and stay there for the weekend, swim and eat well, obviously throw some football.

        ... is where bothe the Declaration of Independednce and the US Constitution were
        discussed / signed / written. It is a National Historic Park, and they have park rangers that
        guide you through it. Our ranger was great. He was so passionate and really gave the story
        life. And yes, they do wear outfits just like the ranger on the old Yogi Bear cartoons. ...
