... briefly with people along the way, on the beach, on hikes. We ran into grouchy and grumpy people in a wealthy coastal enclave in California. People are people.....and the people we encountered were all different. Some friendly, some not.............just like everywhere else we've been. The key to experiencing the people in a new place is to TALK to them. Say hello. Ask them about where they're from. Don't be shy. It works nearly every time.

Sammy loved her weiners..Jalapeno and all...she enjoys riding up front on PaPaw Tony's lap while I am driving..she loves the breeze blowing on her face..it was really hot today...after the cookout, we went to the over look...Great day!!! Only 2 hrs away from Nashville....easy day ...

... in Salzburg. It was in an old Palace and I was hobnobbing with European elites at play. Normally one must wear a jacket to play, but they'll rent you one if you don't own one. When I was there, it was quite hot and the jacket rule had been waived.
