... which high-speed trains head to Belgium and the Netherlands. It was a longer hike from the Metro to the actual station, and there we had to get in line at the Thalys office to exchange our Wednesday tickets for today/Tuesday ones. This happened with little trouble, and within 45 minutes of arriving we were speeding north! Not what our worries had imagined!

Then we went back to the waffle shop and got a waffle with pear and chocolate to share, which was so rich and yummy. So now I'm lying in bed trying not to go to sleep too early so I don't wake up at 2am. I can barely keep my eyes open but there is English tv so I was quite excited that earlier countryfile was on! Saddo. ...
