      Exciting news! We have a house now! Which is a huge relief because we won't have to run around Anchorage trying to find a house once we get up there! It is on base in the Moose Crossing neighborhood. It is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath with a bonus room and 1-car garage. I'm already driving Evan crazy with home decorating ideas (Thanks Pinterest!)

We started hooking up everything and when I removed the cap from the tank area, black tank contents came pouring out, seems Bob did not close the black tank valve all the way.       ... in Florida, an area where the water remains 72 degrees year round, ideal for the West Indian Manatee. At times, these springs provide a warm body of water for over 50 manatees to float in.
