... going dressed as Cowgirls.....
(heifers dressed as veal , I say).

Heading North our 4 hour car journey had us in Delaware, Ohio - a quaint small town with charm founded in 1808. Full of art and antique shops, the architecture mostly influenced by Italian and Greek , all built in the early 1800's. Streets lined with old trees with 3 and 4 story homes all dating from the same era .

... teams of workers here to stabilize the leaking Wolf Creek dam on Cumberland lake. Nearby Lake Laurel (where Deb and Junior’s houseboat is located), feeds into Lake Cumberland. Last year we walked with Erin and David into Cumberland falls; 125 foot curtain of water falling 60feet into a boulder strewn gorge- dramatic during the day, BUT it is only during a full moon that you can see the MOONBEAM, a phenomenon not found anywhere else in the world.

... with her. This is a great location and we had a great time hiking. Her phone app said we took over 10,000 physical steps during this hike...that is a lot of walking. We had a great day. The weather was wonderful...and we had our buggie spray to ward off the unwanted buggie ...
