      ... playing with the neighborhood kids and Quinn rode over to Evan and Nolan's house as well. It is so nice to see that they have friends and they enjoy the time they can spend just being kids outside. We all went to Moose's Tooth for dinner, meeting Jessie & Jeff and Melinda & Phil there as well. The pizza there is so good you almost don't mind the hour wait. It was a very fun evening.       ... to a large avalanche barreling down a rock cliff, blowing great puffs of powder high into the sky. The curving glaciers were dirty white with ribbons of gray sediment running on the outer edges and down the middle where the great rivers of ice joined together.       We slept in this morning although I still woke up at 4:30, (5:30 Yukon time)!

      A quick shower and breakfast and we are on the road at 8 AM. We are on a smooth highway, the Tok Cutoff, (Alaska 1), on our way toward Anchorage with a connection to AK 1 in Glenallen! You do need the Milepost to follow all of this!
