    ... pounds of milk to produce 1 pound of cheese. I tried cheese curds or as they call it squeaky cheese. The texture feels a little cottage cheese mixed with tofu. It is strange at first but I am loving it. I heated some in a skillet and it did not melt but is soft and delicious warmed. The biggest surprise is the fact all cheese is white. They add color to certain cheese such as Colby and cheddar. ...
