We'll have been here a week by the time we leave on Tuesday, and it's
been fabulous to find time with so many old friends - including the
unexpected bonus of being parked near Jan & Steve - who are close
friends who now live in Arizona!!
Tomorrow, we're going to the Mill City Museum with Fran - should be another fun ...

Here she is way ahead of the pack in her first event--she did well enough to qualify for the zone competition the following week in Oklahoma City.
... my gate... We were meant to be boarding at about 7.50pm. Actually, our flight was meant to LEAVE at 7.30pm but was delayed till "apparently" 8.15pm. Well, got to 8.15pm and we still had not boarded... It was only at about 8.30pm that we all started to board the aircraft. I was in row 6 so they called each row to board numerically and of course first class had priority to board first. They called to board first class but I didn't see anyone really go to board... Then it was row 1-3 ...

Finally landed in MSP. Went through Customs after a 50 minute line. Got luggage. Went through Immigration. Then they asked us to re-check our bags with Delta for our flight to Bloomington. That's when the trouble began. The young lady first thought they just missed the tag and it was supposed to go to BMI. Well, no, there was no flight to BMI from MSP this afternoon. ... million people). Our guide said KFC is very popular with Chinese "young people." We actually saw more KFC's than McDonalds but our guides insist they are about equal in terms of locations.
