So, had a pretty good day in London today. Started off not so well, was spitting when I left the hotel...looked at buying an umbrella but decided against it,....bad move. It ****** down and I got totally drenched along with the contents of my pack.

Walked through Hyde Park, past Buckingham Palace through St James Square to Westminster …

I was walking though Leicester Square on a normal day. Maybe slightly busier than usual but not much. There was an American couple behind me who said to themselves "it's so busy, is it always like this?". Not following the ignore-everyone rule like the majority of London, I just pitch in and say "yep, I've seen it busier" and left. ...

So after a rejuvenating sleep- we were back to the furniture making! And I can tell you, we dominated those chests of drawers!

Finally, after a year of living there, my room actually looks like a bedroom instead of a student flat.

In the afternoon, we got a whole bunch of fruit and veges and headed to Kristy's ...

... you wait for an hour. Good playground but not worth an hour. We then went down to Kensington Palace and did a tour through there which was great, but not really of interest to the boys and we got lots more filthy stares as the boys set about touching, jumping and trying to smash up anything they could get near. They had some good activities in the garden which kept us going a little while.
