... and departing for Monza from here last Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Today, we continue our travels in Italy and head north to Como! Except for a little confusion just prior to our trains departure, the last three coaches needed to be empty but no TrenItalia staff informed the passengers until the last minute. Finally we arrive after a very long journey via Doha on Quatar airlines...phew 19hrs traveling... Thank goodness no delays.. and so good to have Clair's smiley face to welcome us. Wonderful to see the family in their own surroundings...sadly we missed Katie who was doing an exchange in Spain.
