Rome is one of the most famous cities in the entire world.

Rome's history spans two and a half thousand years. It started out as a fishing settlement in the 1st century BC and for hundreds of years it was the capital of the world (at least the western world) and the hub of the Roman Empire.

We had booked train tickets from Milan to Chiasso (just inside the swiss border) for that evening, before gleis7ing back to Baden. On Thursday morning, we were up early and at the entrance of the Vatican Museums. We were there to take a tour of the Vatican Gardens.
