Crazy adventure! We hiked a mountain!!! It was wild. We hiked up 1,000ft goig up and down..and up and down. We went over creeks and rivers, climbed up steep parts and down steep parts, and walked along steep cliffs. We saw: Mountains, a lot of waterfalls, creeks, rivers, and at the end: a hot spring! Some parts were definitely tough and we worked as a team to get through them. It was an incredible experience! There were awesome views alomg the entire route...simply ...

Lobo Outlook - another adventurous one-lane road with breath-holding drop offs; one spot even had snow across the road. Glad to have a Jeep. You feel "on top of the world" at the overlook with the views and the smell of pine trees. It was really windy ...

... to the Southwest a considerable amount of time after I took it.)

From chimney Rock I took a somewhat indirect route through the Southern Ute Indian Reservation and the towns of Arboles and Ignacio. There’s not much in terms of stuff to see along this stretch unless you want to go to an Indian-run casino, but the landscape of gently rolling countryside and ranchland is appealing. And there are almost no other cars on the ...
