... versus 50 E for dinner and breakfast in the one near . it would be 40 each for two people. travelling by yourself is expensive unless camping. The breakfast was awesome with homemade jams, some of the tarte de pomme from the night before as much coffee/chocolat as you want, fruit, croissant, brioche, bread, cereal, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice. it was missign a pain au raisin however, oh well!

Cognac
Nous sommes partis de Bordeaux ce matin pour nous rendre a La Rochelle. Une petite distance, mais comme on dit par chez nous, "le beau chemin ne rallonge pas", alors nous avons pris la route des cantons de Bordeaux pour y voir les vignes de la cote de Bourg et de la cote de Blaye, deux appelations de la region.
Petit arret a Blaye pour y visiter la citadelle et ...

Sorry have had to remove the comments option as some people are so sad and just wish to ruin others people works.
It is a shame that they do not publish their names so that we could place comments on their blogs. I realy enjoyed my stay at La Giraudiere and Paul the host was fabulous to live and work with. My stay at LG will stay with me for the rest of my life so go spam on someone else's blog not mine.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all? Well, even though I thought it is my cat Lyla who is the fairest of them all, Chateau de Salle is the winner!
