... a place mat. I also bought a couple of crochet topped Christmas tea towels. With our Berlin browsing all done, we jumped back in the car and went for a drive around the back roads. Along the way we found a "Swiss chalet" cheese shop where the Amish family make a variety of cheeses. ... and then we all sang happy birthday and he blew out his candles!! We then had some time for Sam to unwrap some presents and then he got the chance to go into this special tube that blew tickets around like a "cash grab" to earn more tickets. We then divided up the rest of the tokens and had some more fun in the games area. By the end we had a huge bag full of tickets which we had to feed in to a machine to tally them up to exchange for something behind the counter. ...

... us use the boiling water in the coffee machine to fill up a couple of noodle bowls for lunch, we bought a couple of drinks and some beef jerky, used the bathrooms and again, back on the road!! ... Walmart parking lot. We found one about 4 miles north, parked, ate lunch, unhooked Mr. Toad and drove off. I love traveling!

This turned out to be a good thing because we had to stop by a UPS store to pick up a business letter in need of our signature and stop at a local Chase Bank to cash a couple checks, pick up some cash and tell them we are going to Canada so our ATM cards will work up there.

Hartville is one of the towns we've been looking forward to all season. Last year, we had an immensely fun day with Christa, the sponsor of our show, and her daughter, Lucy. We've kept in touch with her since then through Facebook and as the day was coming closer, we were texting back and forth and sharing in each other's excitement.
