... there are giant Redwoods and Oak trees that were petrified. These trees were up to 3 million years old. The forest looked very similar to the one near Elisa's parents place in Sant Quirze. This was today's geology lesson for Elena and Ariana.

Tomorrow we will have a tasting of Steve's wine, which we are really looking forward to.

... really enjoyed the motorized ferry transport from the North Bay to San Francisco. When we landed at the Ferry Building, we indulged in "sustainable" burgers that we got on the house since I mentioned it was Matt's birthday.
