    ... landing in Lyndonville, Vermont, our home for the next three days. The land got more rugged, the trees more bare, and the scenery progressively more stunning. New Hampshire and Vermont are clearly not interested in showing off for me, because we've had generally gray, rainy weather since we left the coast.     ... up there. The view must be absolutely amazing on a clear day. So this is where the hard part began, climbing up was tough but at least you always had a good grip on where you were going. It was a whole other story going down. A lot of the rocks are just slightly slanted flat surfaces so to try and walk down them when they are soaking wet was a big nono. That was such a wonderful surprise and so thoughtful of Michelle. For those of you who are not familiar with mole, mole is a very traditional Mexican dish made of all kinds of spices and chocolate.
