      ... in sometime- no elect and only out-houses, but would be interesting. There is a lottery for the spaces and it is spendy but Phil is going to sign up for it. Then back to the Inn to relax a bit and get ready for the smorgasbord meal here at the Inn. The food was great and many of our friends from previous years are here.       ... were ahead by 2-0. We came sooo close to some scoring but just couldn’t do it—till the 7th inning when they had a grand slam and that was the last scoring in the game!!!! 5-2 - for the Red Sox! What a great game! It was after midnight when the game was over and we stayed up till almost 1:30 watching the aftermath of the win! Wednesday starts the World Series games!! This was a great day – the awards dinner and the BIG win!

      ... it seems they would rather keep their rooms empty than give us $50 off. Feeling frustrated I decided to try a new tact. I was going to go for the sympathy vote rather than matter of fact British bloke which had not worked so far. I phoned the "Bearskin Neck Motor Lodge" which was the number 1 hotel in Rockport according to Tripadvisor.       Afterwards we went to visit 'The House with the Seven Gables'. You may have heard of the book based on the house written by Nathaniel Hawthorne (he also wrote The Scarlett Letter). This was really cool. It was owned by Nathaniel's second cousin and is a Colonial Mansion from the 1600's, complete with secret staircase.
