We headed to the Glass Window today, which is about 27 nm from Governor's Harbour. We had good winds on the beam at 10 to 15 knots. On our way we saw a few dolphins and a turtle. Also we encountered quite a few fishing nets sailing here as well as to Governor's Harbour. I never seen so many, we had to be careful to avoid them as we do not want them in our propellers.

There were a few shops and restaurants in this small community and the people were very friendly. ...

... to explore the island, or at least the length of the driveway. :). We hopped in the car and followed Phillip out of Gregory Town a very short way. They drive on the left here. No worries. I have experience from this time 2 years ago in Ireland!. He turned down a short dirt road and meandered towards Bahama Sunset. Wow!! The 1BR cottage sits on an ample lot amidst palms and a lush hillside. The cottage is simple with an open living ...

... Nerf Sharks and Black Tiip sharks, Sting Ray, Tarpon and more it was a fish frenzy something to see.

We made our way to the local pub / restaurant for dinner it was a great meal and good conversation with some of the local fisherman. Turns out that one of the boats frequents Vancouver Island a lot and plans to build a home there. We asked them if we could buy some fresh fish from them and they graciously gave us ...
