... Arrived at Mesa Verde N.P. late so missed all tours of cool cliff dwellings. But still drove through park for a couple hours and saw some cool sights and deer as we were leaving. Left as it was getting dark, and Kendra researched Durango hotels and train. With luck we found a cool, though slightly expensive room right in center of town. Walked to late night dinner. Lots of happy drunks walking the streets that entertained us ...
