An Afternoon in Old San Juan
... back into town and found a Spanish tapas restaurant. We always seem to find a Spanish tapas restaurant - this one had homemade sangria and a great menu of Puerto Rican and Spanish fare. A wonderful cap to a wonderful day.
Tomorrow we go snorkeling off of St. Thomas - will we see a sea turtle? Will it rain? Forecasts call for showers, but this is the Caribbean in February. Everyday calls for showers. We shall see.

Our Trip to Puerto Rico
... to Puerto Rico. From what I could find on Twitter and the news from Puerto Rico, roads were washed out, there was debris all over their beautiful white beaches, and most attractions were closed. Irene went on up the East coast and caused a lot of damage. Even the city that never sleeps, New York, came to a halt. In face, there were people from the North that were stranded in Puerto Rico because of the airports being closed in New York.

... the cycle needs to complete first ... once I have once again stood upon the earth where I was born my life will have come full circle, and hopefully start to make some sense.
My only issue at the moment is to plan what route I will take to Port Elizabeth ...
I am thinking of purposely missing out South America ... leaving that beauty untouched by me for now ... knowing that at some future date I still have a whole continent of wonders ...
