... a huge payoff. The hike itself is very demanding - 5 miles one way, a ton of elevation gain. I put a picture of the map in this blog post but if you are interested take a look on Google Maps and if you zoom enough you can see the trail with a bunch of photos posted. There were quite a few people on the hike, which is no surprise as it is rated as one of the best hikes in Canada.

We pulled into Whitefish KOA (all of about 20 miles from Lakeside, but who knew??) and once again, no one is here! It's actually a pretty cool park (some of them are) with a HUGE selection of things for the kids from BIG Blow up slides to indoor outdoor pools and a petting zoo. They even have frisbee golf and hot tubs for the bigger kids. Free breakfast is even provided. Sweet!
