T-Minus 10 Days until Liftoff!
... Picchu! Our crew leaves on September 17th spending 3 nights hiking the Inca Trail and as we pass through "Dead Woman's Pass" on the second night we'll reach a height of 12,010 feet (don't they make it sound inviting?!). Cue "The Simpson's" God voice: And on the fourth day... we will break dawn at 7970 feet, surveying the kingdom of Machu Picchu, The City in the Sky!

Homeward Bound
... in town were closed and at the market! We did find one that helped us out and was amazing. His wife even offered for us to stay at their house, if necessary. They had donkeys, goats, chickens and more. Jenna really wanted to go! Fortunately, it was only a spark plug, and he was able to fix it. After an hour break, we were back on the road.
