... It's definitely a trip I would like to make again, perhaps when people visit, or even for a few days just to really enjoy the scenic environment. I feel as if the pictures that I got did not really do the place justice, but maybe I'll go back on a rare sunny day and see what I can do!

... Falls was just a short walk from the car park. Brian suggested we go out onto the rocks to get a group photo. Once we were out, it was slippery. Risk Management Amy would be giving me another thumbs down on this one!

Day Seven – Lost Day

... had the taste of those ribs from last night. It may be a few years before I eat ribs again! In fact, I do not want to eat anything.

The bus ride was to Adair, a nice picturesque town with many houses with thatched roofs. I slept most of the way! I hate doing that. I miss seeing a lot of the countryside.

... were quite friendly, not skittish as many Irish sheep we have encountered. Through the gate, over two stiles and there we were, at the foot of the waterfall. Absolutely wonderful.

Back to the car park where the Wife asked if we would like to go up to the top of the valley with her husband in his car. Of course we accepted and were treated to amazing views of the entire valley clear out to the Kenmare River in the distance ...

Living above a pub

... in the mountainous regions (as is often the case here) so we missed the view from Conner's Pass. We ended up going along the Slea Head drive and wow, was it worth it!! Cliffs and beaches and the ocean water lapping up against both. So beautiful. We climbed to the top of one of the hills/cliffs and had an amazing view of the vast ocean heading back towards home. We waved to everyone ;)

Today we are off to County Clare for a night. Hope to write more soon!!
