... Tribune. If we could do it at 67 years old, almost anyone can do it. It's definitely an active type of vacation, but the only schedule you have to meet is to get the boat back to the point of origin by the date required. Slept pretty well considering that I got to bed at 2:00am and I have no idea what time my body thinks it is! I was up by 7:30. Today Lynn is babysitting her youngest grandson Jayden. What a cutie!! With Easter coming, we reworked our plans so as to be in a right place at a right time. So, from Amarillo we dropped south to the Dallas-Ft. Worth "metroplex". A Bedlington friend, Dess, joined us for some laughs, reminiscing, shopping at an antique/collectible store, and of course eating. Florence found some rings and headbands and I scored a really cool lamp. ...

... together and discuss some things about the book that everyone has read, and then everyone is taught how to do a craft thing that somehow relates to the book! I was going to go to Hannah’s book club to see what it was like. Everyone had to read the book Echohawk, which is a great book! I went to the book club with Hannah when it came to Wednesday afternoon. I had a great time and I recommend if you like to read, join a book club!

... But the highlight was that Jennifer and I left the kids with the grandparents and went for lunch on Lake Minnetonka followed by a short drive around the Lake Minnetonka area...very nice and relaxing.

The afternoon was spent watching the kids drive (it was nice to see someone else driving for a change) around in their toy John Deer and pretending to drive the grandparents' motor ...
