... opted for services in the row above. By driving into the site we could see the water through the trees.

We spent the evening walking the beach and got some great tidal pool pictures. The tide was coming in so we watched as the area we had explored was submerged and the water splashed over the rocks. This happened quickly as there was a fair slope to the beach in the cove at the end of McKenzie Beach. It was still overcast so no sunset photos tonight.

Back at camp we napped. Oh, how nice it is to nap. Just as we were waking up new neighbors on all sides were arriving. Every site in our section was soon full.
