Friday 9/25/15 finds us at Bear Lake, Idaho, having arrived here via Las Vegas, Zion/Springdale, Utah, & Ogden,Utah. ... timed Katy and Glenn this morning whilst at Andrews. Stopped off at a farmshop cafe shop where we had some home made soup which was lovely. Spoke to a lady who made jams in different flavours and I bought a strawberry, rhubarb and ginger. Also had a latte and a free water. Followed instructions to Pentwater but stopped again on way at a rest area as Geoff was in need of a sleep. Then carried on and arrive at ...

There is a large casino and hotel called Blue Chip. The casino part is built in the water and the hotel is on land. The place was really big and very busy at 11:00 in the morning when we checked it out! Lots and lots of rich looking older people playing the slots! Just the set the record straight, we were not counted as some of the older people playing the slots since we didn't play!
... picture how beautiful the day was and how much warmer it was getting. This would be the last time we could see him. With 8 miles to go this would be the true test of his readiness. The longest he had run prior to today was twenty miles. After this point in the race Kirk said the began to question why he'd done this? He was also feeling dizzy wand bit disoriented.
