Had breakfast in a classic American Diner in the outskirts of Nashville. Mirrored the look of a Saloon Bar. Drove to Saint Louis crossing through Kentucky where we stopped at a Steak n Shake for lunch feasting on their very cheap calorific fast food. ... airport to notice that I wanted/needed some food. I ordered a NY style pizza from the place recommended by the hotel. It was greasy, but good. I figured I will eat rice, vegetables and lean meat for two months, so a little American fatty food won’t kill me before I leave. Our 6pm dinner reservation tonight was at Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse. This is
one of our favorite restaurants from previous trips. I think we got the same table we got
the last time. I got a chocolate martini, my mother got a margarita and my father got one
