I stayed on I-75 out of Ft. Myers to put some quick mileage in, you head south a bit and then cross back east almost to Miami before heading out onto the keys. There is no road directly through the Everglades. I-75 is called Alligator Alley as it recrosses the pan handle, but there are ...

The nice Brazilian group in front of us took our picture and I took one of them. Every one is friendly down here! We got back in the car and headed east.
On the way back we thought we would check out the Big Pine Key again to see if we could spot any more of ...

Took us 10 hours, but we finally arrived in Key West this evening. We are staying at The Artist House, a beautiful B&B, with a haunted history. (More on that later!) We we are just a block off Duval Street, the party capital, as it appears. After check in we walked down Duval to the east and found and Irish Pub with a good menu and had a bite to eat while ...
