... heartier than the rest wed had. We ordered (pointed at pictures of) a few dishes. I ordered what looked like an Irish stew, beef and potatoes and carrots and a bit of gravy! Delicious! We got dumplings as well which were loverly! We had to use the App on my phone for bits to speak a bit of chinese for ordering the beers and few other things. Chuffed it worked :) Love technology when it works! We could honestly say at the end we needed to be rolled out of the place! Stuffed! ...

After ~ 48 hours on a train from Lhasa to Beijing, followed by only a handful of hours wandering around the capital, I must say I was impressed by China and its infrastructure.

... faire des siestes. Je voulais aller au Palais d'été, par contre l'attrait du lit l'a emporté. Entre deux siestes, je suis allé dîner chez McDonald's, qui est carrément la même chose au goût.
