... I don't think we'll have enough room. I haven't been camping since my sleep-away camp days, and I'm looking forward to it even though with the recent inventions of things like smart phones and iPads and such, I'm sure camping will be a lot different than back in the day.

All I need is a duffel bag for my clothes, though Justin seems to think I'll pack my entire wardrobe and I'll make the bag too heavy... ...

Well it starts on August 15, 2014. Although the planning started about a year prior. I am not sure who came up with the idea but once it was suggested, the planning just took off. We made a long list of must-see sites, have-to-ride roads, and all the stops. We narrowed down the list, trying to include as much of the best scenic rides as possible. ... for the rest. We'd eaten very little all day (except Matt) in anticipation of a big Texan bbq and were feeling pretty hungry, so headed to the food zone. Our 'guides' introduced us to the beef kebabs - succulent pieces of beef, interspersed with zucchini, sweet pepper and onion - amazing. There were also chicken kebabs, massive turkey drumsticks approx. 20-25cm in length which had the bony end wrapped in a napkin and people ate as they walked around - unique! ...
