... till underway, we relaxed and took in the final hour of it.

For dinner we headed to Chinatown and found a delightful restaurant that we had passed by several times before without noticing it. With night time illumination, it really stood out and we were quite pleased with its quality and taste.

Our suitcases all packed, all we needed was a good sleep before we'd be off to Port Douglas.

Two more weeks gone, five weeks to go before departing Australia. It's been great so far. I'm really enjoying spending time at NAL during the week and exploring Sydney on the weekends. The last day in Sydney ended on a high note. After packing and checking out of the hotel we walked a few short blocks to the Royal Botanic Gardens. It was raining lightly when we started out, but after a stop on the way for coffee (they had umbrellas over the outdoor tables) it stopped before we arrived at the gardens.
